PHILADELPHIA WEATHER
The historical average daily temperature for Philadelphia
in February is 33 degrees Fahrenheit (approximately zero
degrees Celsius) with cloudy skies, and evening
temperatures usually well below the freezing mark. It can
be a temperamental month, with 2003 bringing a record
snowfall and for that month (29.6 inches or 75.184
centimeters), and both 2005 and 2007 bringing blustery
snowstorms during the conference.
