CSA and CABS Join Forces
to Create
Biocomplexity Information Resource
A first-ever partnership
on a first-ever database
BETHESDA, Maryland -- CSA (Cambridge Scientific Abstracts)
and the Center for Applied Biodiversity Science (CABS) at
Conservation International have entered into a
collaborative partnership to build and distribute
high-quality research resources that focus both on
biocomplexity / biodiversity and on efforts to build
solutions to conservation challenges.

The British Library and
Elsevier sign new partnership deal
A landmark deal that allows access to over 1000 Elsevier titles by readers in the British Library Science
Reading Rooms at St Pancras, and to over 20,000 world-wide
customers of the Library's Document Supply service, has
been signed by the two organisations.

Kenton Named Vice
President of Publisher Partnerships for EBSCO Publishing
EBSCO Publishing has named industry veteran, Melissa
Kenton, its Vice President of Publisher Partnerships.
Regarding the move, Tim Collins, EBSCO Publishing Vice
President and Division General Manager said, "Melissa has
been a key member of our team for ten years. She has been
in charge of some of our most important publisher
relationships and has done a great job of balancing the
needs of publishers and the needs of libraries."
