Prior to this, she was Senior Vice President and General Manager of ProQuest's Library Division where she was responsible for the development and worldwide sales and marketing of their products to academic, public, and government libraries. Before ProQuest, Bonnie was Executive Vice President, Database Publishing at the Institute for Scientific Information (ISI - now Thomson Reuters Healthcare & Science) where she was responsible for product development, production, publisher relations, editorial content, and worldwide sales and marketing of all of ISI's products and services.
Bonnie is active in the American Chemical Society, currently serving as a Councilor for the Division of Chemical Information and as a member of the Council Policy Committee.  She is currently on the Boards of LYRASIS, one of the major library consortia in the Unites States, and the Philosopher's Information Center, the producer of the Philosopher's Index. She has served as a Board and Executive Committee Member of the Information Industry Association (IIA), and as a Board Member of the American Society for Information Science & Technology (ASIS&T).
Ms. Lawlor earned a B.S. in Chemistry from Chestnut Hill College (Philadelphia), an M.S. in chemistry from St. Joseph's University (Philadelphia), and an MBA from the Wharton School, (University of Pennsylvania).

Jill O'Neill is the NFAIS Director of Planning & Communication.  She has been a part of the information community for approximately twenty years, holding positions with firms such as Elsevier, Thomson Scientific (now Thomson Reuters Healthcare & Science), and John Wiley & Sons.  Her focus is on the emergence of Web-based applications for the creation, discovery and dissemination of content and the potential value of those tools to the global information community. She has been blogging about books, more or less regularly, for the past four years. She actively participates in online communities, such as LibraryThing, and maintains a profile on major social networks, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Plaxo, and Google.

 Margaret Manson is Manager, NFAIS Member Support and Customer Relations. Prior to joining NFAIS in 1995, Margaret held a variety of office management, executive assistant, secretarial and bookkeeping positions.
Margaret was graduated from Fayetteville State University with an Associate Degree in Secretarial Science. She completed further studies at Philadelphia Community College in accounting.
